How FIT works

intake

During the 60-minute intake, we will discuss your situation. How are things at home, work, and in your sports activities right now? What are your goals, are there any objections or limitations,

how healthy are you, and how fit do you want to become? We will also assess how you handle stress, as well as your sleep and eating patterns, because for your mission to become or stay fit to succeed, it is essential that these factors contribute positively rather than hinder your progress.

After that, we get straight to work! I will observe how you move and test your strength, coordination, and endurance to determine what we need to focus on specifically. We will discuss these tests and the action plan that follows from them.

Your wishes and goals are central to this process.
You can only train to your full potential when you have the right foundation, which means being free from pain or injuries. If that's not the case for you right now, we will first work on the basics, creating the conditions necessary for proper training. If the intake shows that you need care before training, I will let you know.

Follow-up

After the intake, we will schedule the first training session. Each training session lasts 30 minutes.

To support the progress of your training, I will regularly give you exercises to do at home. These exercises align with what we do during the sessions and are simple to perform at home.

At the beginning of each subsequent training session, we will briefly discuss how things are going and what the next step will be.

If necessary, I will make adjustments. This may be required in case of pain, discomfort, or injuries. I will assess whether we can modify the training so that we can continue, or I will determine if I can assist you with physical therapy treatment.

evaluation

We will evaluate progress both during the training period and at the end of the agreed period.

Every person can bring out the best in themselves if they know how to bring their body into balance. Each body is unique and has its own specific way of achieving this. A balanced body moves freely and naturally. Physical exercise, mental relaxation, and enjoyment in what you do form an important foundation.
